Things to do in Thanet this week (September 7-13)

Margate Coffee Week runs from Monday to Sunday, leading you on a trail around the town’s many coffee spots. Follow on Instagram for updates. 

Authors Adam Weymouth and Zoe Gilbert will be discussing their work exploring and writing about nature at the Best of Times book shop in Broadstairs on Tuesday. Tickets £9.

Bimba Champion, Rupert Willard and Death Row Ceramics are teaming up for The Garden of Earthly Delights, a group art show featuring ceramics, prints and drawings at the Italianate Glasshouse in Ramsgate from Friday to Sunday.

More than 25 buildings and other locations around Thanet will take part in this year’s nationwide Heritage Open Days, which runs from Friday until September 20. Venues include the Palace Cinema in Broadstairs, The Italianate Greenhouse in Ramsgate, and Walpole Bay Hotel in Margate. Find out more.
