Trick or Treat Trail at Quex Adventure Farm Park
Offering a full day of fun for kids, as well as the immersive trick or treat trail, they'll also get a sweet treat, a pumpkin, a ride on the Slime Blaster Express, and access to Quex Adventure Farm Park to burn off any last energy they might have.

Nocturnal Adventures at the Powell-Cotton Museum
Throughout half term, experience the Powell-Cotton Museum animal dioramas through the eyes of nocturnal wildlife. Using specially designed lighting that creates a day-to-night cycle around the galleries, visitors can discover which animals are active after dark and which thrive during daylight hours.

The Margate Caves Halloween Half Term Bash
What's spookier that a big cave underground? Margate Caves is laying on a whole load of Halloween fun all the way through half term. There'll be ghost trails in the caves, batty crafts, face painting and more.

Small World Cinema at Turner Contemporary
A day of film-related activities with a Halloween slant with Small World Cinema. The morning session is for kids aged 2-5, with short films, sensory play and creative exploration. The afternoon is for age 6+ with spooky mask making and a screening of Dutch film Alfie, the Little Werewolf.

Charity pumpkin carving competition at The Ravensgate
Show off your pumpkin carving skills and help raise money for the RNLI. All tools will be provided, but bring your own pumpkin. Adult and child categories with prizes to be won.

Halloween Trash to Treasure at Pierremont Hall
Decorate your own bat wings and spooky masks using recycled materials, ready to head out on the Broadstairs Chamber of Commerce Trick or Treat Trail.

Pumpkin Party at Windmill Community Gardens
Just the most wholesome Halloween event you’re likely to find, WCG’s Pumpkin Party is always a winner for little ones. Kids can carve their own pumpkins, make potions, and take part in other activities and crafts. There will also be community and market stalls, hot food, homemade cakes and more.

Broadstairs & St. Peter’s Chamber of Commerce Trick or Treat Trail
Once they've made their wings and mask at Pierremont Halls Trash To Treasure workshop, kids can head straight out on this Broadstairs trick or treat trail. Treats will be available from numerous businesses around town to be announced nearer the time. Purchase wristbands in advance at Kinder Collective on York Street.

Halloween Spooktacular at RSCPA Thanet
Raising money for and taking place in the Thanet branch of the RSPCA, this party will feature a spooky walk, fancy dress competition, games, glitter tattoos, tasty treats and (best of all, I’d say) the chance to meet the animals in the shelter.

Trick 4 Treat at Revolution Skate Park
Revolution's annual Halloween party is back. Bring your wheels and get on the ramps in fancy dress. There will be prizes for the best costumes and treats for tricks.

Trick or Treat Trail on Addington Street, Ramsgate
Businesses along Addington Street in Ramsgate will be handing out treats for kids. Adults can also grab a spooky cocktail from Blackbird.

Boo Bash at Pierremont Hall
This party for 5-12 year olds is back at Pierremont Hall in Broadstairs and it’s bigger than ever. Over two sessions. There will be fancy dress, spooky actives, a disco and lots of snacks.

Margate Spooky Saturday Trick or Treat Trail
Spooky Saturday is back for its eighth year, with businesses around Margate and Cliftonville offering up Halloween treats. Last year there were more than 60 stops, making for a pretty hefty treat haul for the most dedicated. Once the trail is done at 4pm, you can head to the Old Town for the annual dog costume parade.

Kids Disco at Ramsgate Arts Club
Ramsgate Arts Club’s basement setting is perfect for a Halloween party and this is the first of two the venue is putting on (the other being an adults-only bash until 3am). This one gives kids three hors to dance out all of their energy before dinner and bedtime. That dream.

Pro Wrestling Colossus presents Invasion of the Body Slammers 3 at St John’s Community Centre
PWC’s recent event at the Drill Shed was one of the best afternoons out we’ve had in a long time, and surprisingly family friendly. Come for the high camp theatre, stay for the incredible emotional investment you’ll find yourself places on people being thrown out of the ring.

Halloween at Old Kent Market
Margate’s Old Kent Market will be transforming into The Old Kent Asylum on October 31 with activities set up at all the vendors in the building. There will be trick or treating, competitions, games, live ac tors, photo opportunities and more.

Día de los Muertos at Where Else
A hugely fun, family-friendly event to mark the Mexican holiday of Día de los Muertos (day of the dead). There will be Latin music, Mexican Food from The Perfect Place to Grow, piñatas, Mexican bingo, face painting, craft making, children's book readings and more.
