Eurovision entrant and Ramsgate resident, Look Mum No Computer has revealed the song he will perform in Austria in May. Eins, Zwei, Drei is as kitsch and weird as its music video, and I’m here for the pizza with the face and the keyboard playing furry box heads.

Broadstairs resident and Winter Paralympian James Barnes-Miller heads to Milan to compete in his third and final games. The snowboarder competes in the SB-UL class for athletes with upper limb impairments in snowboard cross banked slalom at Milano Cotina, with seeding starting today.
Quench is launching a fundraiser to a new season of work at the Cliftonville gallery. The funds will go towards a group exhibition by artists who are navigating mental health challenges, as well as seminars and workshops on peer support and self care, and resources to help reduce isolation and support sustainable creative practice. Donations of £30 Lindsey Mendick ceramic brain pin - although these are in limited numbers, so get in quick. There’s just under 50 days left on the fundraiser and a target of £18,774. Donate.
Sheldons on Margate High Street has had a change of ownership, and a name change. Now The Fox and The Hound, Jonathan Wood, ex-Northern Belle, is running the joint, after spending two months on a refurb.
Manston Airport owners RiverOak Strategic Parters Limited will launch a public consultation as part of the process to reopen the airport. The consultation is the third stage out of seven, and will present flight paths and airspace structure to the public, and will run Monday March 16 - Monday, June 22. Ramsgate wine bar Penelope is now open Thursdays, 5pm-9pm. They’re also serving up nosh from Rachel O’Sullivan, the chef behind the sumptuous Rakookoo, every trading day, which is Thursday to Sunday.
