Folkestone dive bar Blackmarket will be taking over swanky Margate restaurant Pomus for one night only on Monday. Book a table
Neptunes Choir will pop up at Penelope in Ramsgate on Wednesday from 6.30pm.
Good Good Film Club will be screening a Christmas classic movie at Margate Arts Club on Wednesday. Which one? It’s a secret. Tickets £15 with pizza / £5 without.
The Sobar Social will be back at The Shakespeare in Margate on Thursday. Head down for all kinds or alcohol-free refreshment from 6.30-8.30pm.
Pie Factory Music will be launching the Open Arms Cookbook at ARK in Cliftonville on Thursday. Free tickets.
The Institute Collective choir will be singing carols by candlelight at Margate’s Fort Road Hotel bar on Thursday. Tickets £14.
Neptunes Hall in Broadstairs is screening Larry’s Garage: The Movie, the story of longtime resident DJ at the Paradise Garage nightclub in New York, at the Palace Cinema on Thursday. Tickets £11.55.
Ramsgate Festival of Sound has partnered up with Sabina Desir and Jessica Lauren to put on a night of gospel, soul and blues, A Soulful Winter’s Night. Held at St George’s Church in Ramsgate on Friday, tickets are from £8.
Margate’s Funny Cuts puts on their Christmas Special comedy night at Margate Beach Club on Friday. Doors open at 7pm, and tickets are £5 on the door - or DM to nab one of the limited spaces on the guest list for free entry.
Bar Nothing in Cliftonville will host a winter solstice workshop on Saturday from 3-5pm. Tickets £25.
This Museum Is (Not) Obsolete in Ramsgate is having a Christmas party on Saturday. Free entry.
Margate Arts Club is putting on a free winter solstice party on Saturday, also marking the venue's tenth anniversary. Free tickets.
Thanet drag legend Pat Riarchy takes over the new Alley Bar in Ramsgate on Saturday for a special Christmas show, Pat Riarchy’s Seasonal Sac. Tickets £10.

ELZ and Dame Jame will be putting on a pantomime at CAMP on Saturday. The evening performance is adults only, but there will be a family-friendly matinee too.
Where Else? hosts its Christmas party on Saturday. From 12pm-5pm, it’s family-friendly with games, raffles, live music and the like, while from 7pm, the Moshi Moshi Quiz is followed up with a disco.
Patrick Wolf will bring his Yulenite winter solstice celebration to the Quarterhouse in Folkestone on Saturday and Sunday. Tickets £29.50.
Brigitte Aphrodite, QuietBoy and Liv Morris are putting on family-friendly festive show Jingle Bell Rocks! at ARK in Cliftonville from Saturday until Tuesday. Tickets £7.50.
