We hope you enjoyed Margate Restaurant Week, if you were able to bag a table. It was lovely this week to speak to so many people excited to tell us where they were heading. If you're feeling left out, some of the participating restaurants have extended their £20.26 meal offer into the weekend. Also, next week is Folkestone Restaurant Week, which is running exactly the same offer too.
For this week's feature, we're so excited to have been able to speak to Jordan Brookes - one of the most exciting stand up comedians working in the UK right now. His shows upend the format of stand up in ways that will make your head spin while also delivering heavy hitting laughs throughout. If you haven't bagged tickets to see him at Where Else on Wednesday, rectify that now.
In this bulging edition of the newsletter, we've got lots of exciting news and events to tell you about. This includes the long fought for plans to revive the public rooms at Ramsgate's Granville Hotel, Christmas toy appeals, a party that puts an interesting twist on nostalgia and much more.
