Windmill Community Gardens and coffee kiosk Flints are teaming up to launch Sea Cabbages. For five Tuesdays, starting on Tuesday, the Cabbage Patch activity group for under 7s will explore the coast and learn about the plants and animals that live along it. KlezMargate brings a night of Klezmer music and dance to ARK in Cliftonville on Wednesday, with a Klezmer Keilidh and a performance by Grammy-winning trumpeter Frank London. [Tickets from £10](https://www.tickettailor.com/events/arkcliftonville/2066292?ref=strangetourist.co.uk). 

Lightroom in London opens David Bowie: You Are Not Alone on Wednesday, screening. performance footage, rarely heard interviews and never-before-seen material lifted from the David Bowie Archive on the venue’s 11 foot high video walls. For World Book Night on Thursday, there will be a sunset reading party at Margate’s Nayland Rock Shelter from 5.30pm. Bring whatever you’re reading at the moment, or grab a book from the pile provided. Then hunker down and read with a beautiful sea view.

Margate takes over the Tate Modern as part of Tracey Emin’s A Second Life Tate Lates event on Friday night. Former and current TKE performance artists in residence Keziah, Pink Suits and Ted Rogers will all perform, Paul Camo, Reggy Brown and Sophie Stirling will DJ, and Guy Oliver will screen his film Millennial Prayer. The Balearic Boutique summer daytime party series returns with its launch party at The Sun Deck in Margate on Saturday. The Potting Shop in Cliftonville is closing down, with its last weekend of trading on Saturday and Sunday.
