Connecting personal ritual with collective creativity, participants will explore intuition, memory, sound and self-expression through writing, meditation, movement, drawing and improvised performance. The course will build towards a final performance in December. All will be joined by the Olby's Soul Cafe house band, who will provide an unplanned soundtrack. Optimistic club night **Optimissimo** marks its first birthday next month with, well, an optimistic club night.
